The location was perfect, right by the Wiedikon train station, allowing easy access to all of Switzerland. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the room was cozy and warm even without heating. There were supermarkets and parks nearby, making it convenient for daily needs. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy with a self-service machine. it was a great value compared to other studios in Switzerland.

location and rooms where nice, very comfortable stay for 5 nights. huge room with separate kitchenette. a peaceful and ideal location being not far from zurich for multiple nights and the center and tram.

It could use a water kettle or coffee maker and even a toaster would be great (but it had a dishwasher, fridge and microwave, dvd player, tv, hair dryer and iron).

Great value for money in a convenient location. the apartment was spacious and clean, providing everything needed for a short trip. Check-in service was efficient and the issue with the wrong pin code was quickly resolved.

The shower head leaked a lot of water and the bathroom sink had no plug, making it difficult to wash hands or brush teeth. the thin doors made it easy to hear noise from other guests on the floor.

I was surprised how clean it was. Importantly, it did NOT stink of smokers and the wireless internet worked pretty good. It was quiet, big enough and the kitchenette was very useful. All I want from a hotel!

The TV was placed on a stand a bit too high, so it was difficult to watch when you were lying in the bed

Room dirty from previous guest and unmade, as was the one next door. Key had to be obtained from a nearby building, but there was no notification of this. After notifying owners, cleaning of the room was not completed until 8pm, despite them being notified at 5pm. The smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms is constant, even with a towel along the bottom of the door. Generally a bad experience.

The price was great, and the location couldn't have been better, plus the staff were professional and friendly.

- Internet connection (only wireless is available) is terrible during evening hours. Routers are overwhelmed. No problems during daytime. - Heat is off during night time (11pm-5am). Sometimes hot water as well. - Parking is at a premium, need to make arrangements in advance.

It was just little bit difficult to find the gate key. But there is the guide how to get inside on the main entrance door. You read it well,you can get the key and get inside the building soon !

Easy to travel to downtown-near tram, bus and train stops.

Pictures were a little deceiving-for example, pictures show a couch but our room was so small there was zero room for a couch. Walls thin-could hear person next door snoring all night. No coffee machine.

The bathroom and shower were nice and clean.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The bulky TV sat on the table, therefore making the table useless. Very dull room, low lighting, few outlets to plug things into. The curtain was so thin we could see the people in the apartment across from us. Poor location for tourists.

The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet residential area but still conveniently close to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay went smoothly.
